Dr. Ferdinand Cabrera MD

Dr. Ferdinand Cabrera is the founder and president of Genesis Health Institute, a facility specializing in Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine. His combined passions of biochemistry and physiology led him to take an interest in Functional and Regenerative (preventive) Medicine. He also desired to create a healthcare facility that treated each patient as an individual and focused on pinpointing each patient’s true medical needs.

Dr. Dan Mucerino ND, MSPAS, PA-C

Dr. Dan Mucerino is a dedicated healthcare professional with expertise in both functional medicine and medical aesthetics. With a dynamic background as a licensed Physician Assistant and a registered naturopath, Dr. Dan brings a holistic and forward-thinking approach to patient care.

Dimitri Bakoulis

When you first visit Genesis, you will meet with Dimitri. He is responsible for personally guiding each patient through the onboarding process. He takes pride in facilitating a comfortable and caring experience during the initial consultation, facility walkthrough, scheduling, and checkout. Mr. Bakoulis has a passion for helping people and feels one of the best and most rewarding ways to help others is by supporting their real healthcare needs.

Matt’s Journey

I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Practice Manager at Genesis Health Institute for the past six and a half years. Throughout my 20s, 30s, and 40s, my weight consistently fluctuated between 205 and 220 pounds. I had accepted that as “just how my body is,” though I was never fully comfortable—especially with the weight around my midsection.
